Kristi Fliss

Kristi joined the City in August 2019.  She was born in Everly and graduated from CCE.  

Janice Thompson

Janice started with the City in 1999.  She handles all new and current customer utility accounts, service billing, and the city's finances. 

Josh Rinehart

Utilities & Public Works Director

Josh started with the City May of 2014.  He was born and raised in Everly, went to school at Clay Central Everly then later graduating from Iowa Lakes Community College and Iowa State University, majoring in agronomy.

Nathan Fitzgerald

Waste Water & Street Superintendent

Nathan had been the Superintendent at the Hillcrest Golf Course in Graettinger for 14 years.  April 24, 2019 Nathan officially joined our team in Everly.  Just like his time at the Golf Course, Nathan can be seen driving a mower around the park, Freedom Rock and around town.  He is an expert on trees, bushes, and flowers in the garden.  

He is currently working towards his certifications in water treatment, water distribution, and waste water.  He will be in charge of the lift station, lagoons, snow removal and park.

Amy Byro

Librarian

You would never be able to tell that Amy joined the City of Everly family on December 18, 2018.  This is her first Librarian position and she has jumped in with both feet.  She is excited to help and meet new people, she is up for any challenge (as long as spiders are not involved) and is never seen without a smile.  She assists patrons, completes state required reports and is under the direction of the Everly Library Board.  Please feel free to stop in and get to know her.

Diane Johnson

Hap Ketelsen Community Center Bar Manager

Diane started as Bar Manager in April 2009.  She works with the renter's of the Hap Ketelsen Community Center to accommodate special request for the bar.  She oversees 6 other bartenders and hosts.  Diane reports directly to the HKCC Board. 

Miguela (Jellie) Padayao-Hildreth

Custodian for City Hall, Hap Ketelsen Community Center, and the Park.

Jellie is the amazing lady who keeps the Hap Ketelsen Community Center and City Hall looking its best.  In the Summer she takes care of the Park Facilities.  If you look around the Community Center you will see amazing rose bushes, potted plants and a clematis trellis that Jellie has put her whole heart and soul into.  She has an impressive flower garden at her home and is excited to talk about anything flower related.
