Janice Thompson, Finance Officer/City Clerk,

Janice started with the City in
1999. She handles all new and current customer utility accounts,
service billing, and the city's finances.
Susan Sembach, Deputy City Clerk, everlycityhall@evertek.net
Susan started with the
city in 2011. She is a long time resident of the community. Susan assists
Janice in the office and is available to answer any and all questions!
Tracy Adrian, Utilities Manager/City Manager adrian@evertek.net
Tracy started with the city in 2010. His main duty is caring for all our natural gas needs. He also can be found helping in the parks during the warmer weather. Tracy was born and raised in Everly and resides here with his wife and three kids.
Larry Stockdale, Public Works
Larry is currently on his 22 year
with the City of Everly. Larry focuses most of his time on the
conditions of our roads. You may find Larry trimming tree's to keep
the right-of-way open, blading alleys, or plowing snow. Larry holds a
grade 1 water license, a grade 1 waste water lagoon license, a IDNR Operators license, and many more accreditations.
Dave Maranell, Public Works
Dave's been employed full time with the
city for 3 years. Dave helps to keep the city beautiful and safe for
our residents. He is our designated animal control specialist.
Dave's responsibility also include recreational park maintenance, street
maintenance, and utility service maintenance.
Sharon Maaland, Librarian,
library1@evertek.net
Sharon is the friendly face you will
find in the Everly Public Library. She assists patrons, completes
state required reports and is under the direction of the Everly Library
Board. Sharon facilitates the summer reading program the youth of our
community.
Diane Johnson, HKCC Bar Manager,
dijo@smunet.net
Diane started as Bar Manager in April
2009. She works with the renter's of the Hap Ketelsen Community Center
to accommodate special request for the bar. She oversees 6 other
bartenders and hosts. Diane reports directly to the HKCC Board.
